Im currently on academic probation and im not going to be able to pass this semester. Im wondering, what are my options? can i go to community, get my GPA up and then return to the same university? what are the chances they would re-accept me after having failed out, or should i just go to a different one altogether?
any help would be appreciated, thanks.
The chances of getting re-accepted by the same university after being dismissed academically are almost nil, unless you wait a long time and it is clear that whatever issues or problems you had before have been addressed and resolved completely. You would probably have to go to a community college anyway at this point, but after getting your associate's degree I would recommend applying to different colleges which are more in line with what you plan to do.
