Tips on supplies for High School?

going to 9th grade and i need to know supplies i need for high school

apparently once you hit highschool they dont give you a supply list anymore

AHH those were the days

anyway please be a little specific with your answer like if you say pens well no duhh you need pens but whats a good type

and what type of notebook is good the 1 subject ones or the 3-5 subject ones

Well depending on your school most high school teachers still have specific list but here is what I can recommend :

-Pencils( White tipped erasers work best, but test for yourself- Mechanical pencils are not allowed on standardized tests so if you want to use them make sure you have standard #2 pencils as well)

-Pens( Ball point/gel like work best, Those that came with 10 tend to lose ink fast, Blue/Black ink only)
