Should i apply in my home state or the state that i am attending college in?..Or do i have to be a resident in that state before i can apply for food stamps?
Rae, it depends on the school that you are are attending and whether or not you will get any financial aid, if so, you should apply to the state that you reside in!
You wont qualify unless your a single mother.
Maybe get a part time job or student loans before you make the average joe pay for you to eat.
